May Update

Over the last month all off the scaffold has been removed and if you drive past you can now quite clearly see the building.

The kitchens, flooring and bathrooms are being installed.

Kitchens are now being installed and the scaffold has commenced coming down in some places.
Work is also being done to many of the bathrooms.
Tiling and the wooden floors are also being installed.

Settlement & Handover Process

It’s not been long since our last blog update … we have some exciting news to share with you.

Property Settlement Solutions (PSS) have been appointed to manage the settlement and handover process of your apartment.

March Construction Update

Construction is still tracking ahead of schedule which is very exciting!

We’re anticipating that Settlement of the apartments could take place during the second half of July 2016.

Please note that this Settlement timeframe is an estimate / guide only, we will be providing a further update re this in the next few weeks.

We’ve added some new photos which will give you an indication of how it’s all progressing at Mayfield – please see below.

January Construction update

Building is progressing ahead of schedule.

All concrete works have been completed and the builder is working towards lockup.

We will be updating blog again shortly with more of a update and will be in touch during March with an estimated completion date.

December Construction Update

“Front” section has now been poured.

November Construction Update

Rear Top Level now being framed up.
Concrete slabs at front continuing to be poured.
Progress proceeding well.

October Construction Update

Construction work on Mayfield is proceeding well.

The basement and lower ground floor structure is complete
The ground floor slab nearing completion
You can see the view to the south west from the rear of level G (a fantastic view!)

September Construction Update

Construction is proceeding as planned.
Basement structure is almost complete.
Crane is adding panels to the building – the shape of the building will emerge quite quickly over the coming months.
An overview of the construction site can be seen by aircraft (taken in the last 4 weeks).
